About Me

My Approach to Therapy

My integrative approach blends various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic theory, and existential therapy, tailored to your unique needs. This personalised method ensures that we can address your specific challenges, fostering deeper insight and personal growth. Whether you're questioning your life's direction, struggling with a loss of meaning, or seeking a more authentic existence, my approach is designed to meet you where you are.

Exploring existential theories help us understand the profound questions about existence, freedom, choice, and responsibility that everyone faces. These theories provide a framework to examine how you find meaning in your life, how you cope with the awareness of mortality, and how you navigate the isolation and freedom that come with being human. In our sessions, we'll explore how these existential themes manifest in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. By bringing unconscious patterns to the surface, we can identify how past experiences and deeply held beliefs impact your current struggles.

Through this integrative approach, we aim not only to address your immediate concerns but also to promote long-term personal growth. You'll gain a deeper understanding of your inner world and develop the tools to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and clarity. This journey can lead to a more authentic and fulfilling life, aligned with your true values and aspirations.
